At Monkey CoCo we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

We hope to stay with you as long as possible, but you can cancel monthly subscription anytime before we ship out the first box. Auto-renewing subscriptions (pay every 3, 6 or 12 months) are only eligible for cancellation after the initial prepaid term has been completed.

If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 24 hours upon purchasing.

All items are handcrafted and customized with care therefore we don’t accept returns or exchanges on our products unless the fault was ours.

DAMAGED ITEM 

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. In those cases, please write an Email to our support at customer@monkeycoco.com. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
